Icelandair Saga Premium Class from Vancouver to Europe: $1329 to $1729 CAD roundtrip including taxes

Icelandair has dropped the price of their Saga Premium Class fares from Vancouver to various places in Europe down to between $1329 and $1729 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
This is more than 50% below their typical price point.
Vancouver to Reykjavik, Iceland is nonstop. On all other routes there is 1 stop in Reykjavik.
Officially these are categorized as Business Class flights, but Icelandair's Saga Premium Class flights are known for essentially being a Premium Economy seat with business class amenities.
Carry-on and 2 pieces of checked luggage are included.
On some routes I have seen Christmas holiday dates for this price (Manchester, Oslo, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Glasgow, Stockholm, Zurich).

Step 2:
- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
- Adjust the trip length at the bottom to browse for cheap date combinations.
NOTE: At the moment the Google Flights calendar view is showing prices in the $4000s for almost every date while just casually browsing dates. You need to actually select some dates to see the prices in the $1700s roundtrip.
Step 3:
- Go to Skyscanner or Kayak
- Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
- The price will be cheaper than what is showing on Google Flights.
There's one flight in August from Vancouver to Frankfurt, Germany for $1741 CAD roundtrip, with a 22 hour layover in Iceland

2. Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Frankfurt, Germany (FRA)
3. Try the following dates:
