Vancouver to Bucharest, Romania - $900 roundtrip after tax

Kind of interesting, there's a few freak fares in May 2011 to Bucharest, Romania for $900 roundtrip after tax. The next cheapest flights are around $1300 roundtrip after tax.

Any combination of departing on May 7th or 14th and returning on May 14th or the 21st seems to give the cheap price.
