China Eastern has dropped the price of some of their flights from Vancouver to Angeles City, Philippines (CRK) down to $386 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
An incredible price, but pretty last minute for a flight to the Philippines.
The flights have 1 stop each way in Shanghai, China with a 6 hour layover.
Angeles City (or Clark International Airport) is about 80km NW of Manila.
NOTE: Angeles itself is kind of a 'city of sin' - known for it's casinos, bars, nightlife, and prostitution. There are also some wholesome, adventurous, outdoor activities nearby, such as climbing Mount Pinatubo (pictured above), which is an active caldera.

Update 11/17 - Flights from Vancouver to Angeles, Philippines are available again today for $387 CAD roundtrip including taxes, with new dates in December.

2. Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Angeles City, Philippines (CRK)
Try one of the following date combinations:

Dec 2 to Dec 15, 22, 24
Dec 4 to Dec 25
Dec 6 to Dec 20, 24
There are also some other dates that may only be available through Momondo.
Some of these are showing up as $386 through ClickMyTrip being the cheapest, but if you click on 'more' underneath the Momondo search result, you may be able to find a good booking site showing them for $393, such as Expedia or Cheapoair.
