WestJet has dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Vancouver to Phoenix, Arizona down to $224 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
Availability for travel
late October, November, December 2018
January, February, March, April 2019
There's currently some dates over Christmas available (Dec 19-26)
How to find and book this deal
1. Try this Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Vancouver to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX)
- Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
- Look for the dates that are $253 roundtrip.
2. Go to Priceline
- Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.
On Priceline, the price will show up as $168 USD roundtrip including taxes. Priceline is *always* in $USD.
This will work out to $224 CAD roundtrip when booked using a Canadian credit card, and including the typical 2.5% credit card foreign exchange fee.
If you use a credit card that does not charge foreign exchange fees, it will be even cheaper.
