Vancouver to All Over Europe - $700s to $900s roundtrip | Sorted by Temperature (v2)

In the last month or so there's been quite a few flights available in the high $700s and low $900s roundtrip between Vancouver and Europe on a variety of different airlines including Air Canada, Lufthansa, Air France, and KLM.
A few destinations are available for September travel. Most destinations are available in October or November 2024 at the very least. Others can be found into winter and early spring 2025.
Below I've sorted the available destinations by the temperature (average high) one can expect in October or November, unless otherwise noted.
Update: Currently the best deals, considering both price and temperature are...
Lisbon, Portugal ($797-$825 roundtrip) - 20 Celsius in April
Barcelona, Spain ($828-$846 roundtrip) - 18 Celsius in November, 19 Celsius in April
Based purely on price...
Cork, Ireland - $737 roundtrip - 13 to 14 Celsius in October and April.
