Icelandair is showing 2-in-1 trips that allow you to visit both London, UK and Iceland for $353 (carry-on only) to $473 (checked bag) roundtrip including taxes.
Icelandair's prices haven't been *quite* as extraordinary as they may appear at first, ever since they restructured their base fares to only include carry-on.
But if their base fares drop low enough, they can still occasionally have some great prices.
You can also book these as just a regular roundtrip flight to London, but there will be a 26 hour layover in Iceland on the way home (see instructions below).

2. Enter London (LON) as your destination
3. On the next page, select the option 'Icelandair Stopover'

Tip: After checking with Icelandair it's possible to get two nights in Iceland for this fare if the stayover is less than 72 hours. I leave London on the 20th arrive KEF 3pm the same day. then depart Iceland on the 22nd at 5pm.
