Every time I try to book with swoop it comes up " you missed a departing date " which is not true? Ps and when I called I'm on hold for more than a hour any suggestion thanks

At which step do you get that message? I've never seen that message, but I have had various issues with the calendar function on the Swoop website. It could be worth trying a different device and browser if you can, I feel like their website might have problems with certain devices or browsers.
