Yes, that's $528/person after all taxes/fees for flight, hotel, food, drinks, everything.
And it's not to a dumpy resort, it's to a property that gets great reviews on TripAdvisor, the Catalonia Yucatan.
Here's how:

For reference, the date that's furthest away with the cheap price seems to be leaving September 25.
Update: It now looks like the first 3 weeks of October are cheap!

To give an idea of how ridiculous that price is, the cheapest flights to Cancun in September are around $400 roundtrip after taxes (Westjet). So you're essentially paying $18/day per person for an awesome beach resort, unlimited food, and unlimited drinks. Crazy.
But you should also know that September is the statistical peak of hurricane season down south. Here's a chart from the NOAA showing the odds of a hurricane by month...
For this reason, September is one of the cheapest times of year to find all inclusive packages down south. However, this is still an insane price, even for September.

They upped their price. Somehow when you first see it it makes it seem like it will be 528 but then when you get to the confirmation page it's somehow $688.23
It looks like some dates sold out, but then they added more availability.
For anyone looking, when you get past the 'select number of passengers' page, this verifies the price to make sure it's available.
If it's sold out, it will tell you to 'call one of our agents'
But if the package is actually available, you'll be able to proceed with your booking.
great deal chris! i dont think i've ever seen an all incl flying from yvr for under $600, especailly for 4 star all inc. for lucky torontonians, yes that is pretty normal.
for us westcoasters, where's the hawaii deals? :D
Bummer! I went to pay for this on monday morning... and the deal did not even show up on the website. My bestfriend and I took the time off work too...
Do these fabulous of deals come up often?
It's somewhat common for the Canadian tour operators to drop the price of their all inclusive packages with about 1-3 weeks before departure, but this one was even more drastic of a drop than usual.
I've stayed at this resort and it's really nice. it's next door to the Dreams resort. we really enjoyed our stay. food was great and wonderful staff!
