Delta and United Airlines have dropped the price of their flights from Vancouver to Dallas, Texas down to $245 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop each way in Salt Lake City.
It's notable because American's *nonstop* flights to Dallas are priced at an astounding minimum of $907 CAD roundtrip throughout 2023 and 2024.
Even 1-stop flights typically bottom out in the high $500s roundtrip on this route.
Back in March of 2020, right before the pandemic, American dropped the price of their nonstop flights to Dallas down into the low $200s roundtrip on this route. And that was the last time there were cheap prices on this route.
Update - United is showing cheap ones again, on dates from October 2023 all the way up to April 2024. Nonstop flights are still an astounding minimum of $960 roundtrip.
