Similar to the deal yesterday to Switzerland, the Star Alliance has now dropped the price of their flights from Seattle to Munich, Germany down to $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes for travel in the peak summer season (August 2018).
There are also fares from Seattle to Brussels, Belgium and Copenhagen, Denmark for a similar price.
Some of the overseas legs are operated by Lufthansa. Some are operated by SWISS. Some are operated by Air Canada. Some are operated by United Airlines. Try to choose flights with the first 3 if you can.
Also similar to the Switzerland deal, there are some dates around Christmas and New Year's Eve (2017-2018) that are in the $400s CAD roundtrip.
NOTE: Some of these flights to Munich actually connect in Vancouver both ways. You still need to start in Seattle, but you are able to leave the airport in Vancouver on the way home, effectively making it a non-stop flight on the way home. *However* you should only do this if you are not checking luggage, because it will end up in Seattle.

1. Try starting with a Google Flights search like this one...

Google Flights: Seattle to Brussels, Belgium
Google Flights: Seattle to Copenhagen, Denmark
2. Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and look for the cheaper date combinations. Look for the dates that are in the $500s roundtrip.
From Google Flights you can click through to the airline's website to book these.
NOTE: The cheaper dates around Christmas and New Year's Eve aren't showing up on Google Flights. See below.
4. Or, if you want to book them for quite a bit less ...

Search for a flight from Seattle to...
Munich, Germany (MUC)
or
Brussels, Belgium (BRU)
or
Copenhagen, Denmark (CPH)
Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.
For the Christmas and New Year's Eve dates, try...
Dec 25, 28, 29 to Jan 9, 10, 11 -- $468 CAD roundtrip
From the Momondo search results, the booking site that is usually showing these for a low price is the low quality booking site TravelMerry.
TIP #1: Look for the flights where the overseas legs are operated by Lufthansa or Swiss or Air Canada (better than United Airlines). Usually you can get a flight with one of these high quality airlines in at least one direction.
TIP #2: Once your Momondo search completes, try sliding the Max Flight Duration slider on the left down to around 33, to filter out really long flights.
IMPORTANT: Many of the booking sites showing these fares are in $USD (including TravelMerry) - so watch out for that.
