WestJet is showing flights from Vancouver to Maui, Honolulu, Kauai, or Kona, Hawaii for $294 to $328 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
Most of the cheaper dates are in April 2019.
You can also find 1 stop flights from Victoria (YYJ) for about $25 more.

Update 1/7 - Air Canada has now dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Vancouver to Hawaii into a similar price range. See update below.

1. Try the following Google Flights search:

^^ look for the $294 to $334 dates with WestJet
Google Flights: Vancouver to Kauai (LIH)
^^ look for the $298 dates with WestJet
Google Flights: Vancouver to Honolulu (HNL)
^^^ look for the $328 to $368 dates with WestJet
Google Flights: Vancouver to Kona (KOA)
^^ look for the $328 dates with WestJet
2. On Google Flights, click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
Click through from Google Flights to the WestJet website.

1. Go to the WestJet website
2. In the 'Book A Flight' box, put a checkmark beside 'Coupon code'
Enter the coupon code from the e-mail WestJet sent you.
If you don't have a code, you can try using this one: U55VB12
3. Search for a flight from Vancouver to your destination in Hawaii. Use the same dates you found on Google Flights with the links above.

Update Oct 22: For anyone considering this, I just noticed that you could also book a one way flight from Vancouver to Kauai (LIH) for $200 after taxes on United on Nov 30, and then a one way flight back home on December 5 on Westjet (direct) for $150 after taxes.
