Vancouver to Calgary - $179 CAD roundtrip including taxes | non-stop flights (July, August available)

Air Transat has dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Vancouver to Calgary, Alberta down to $179 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
There are currently dates in July and August available.
Air Canada and WestJet have their July and August flights priced at $412 CAD roundtrip. Ouch!

How to find and book this deal
1. Try the following Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Vancouver to Calgary, Alberta
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for the cheapest date combinations.
Look for the dates that are $174 roundtrip.
2. Go to Priceline
- Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Calgary (YYC)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.
On Priceline, the price will show up as $142 USD roundtrip including taxes. Priceline is *always* in $USD.
This will work out to $179 CAD roundtrip when booked using a Canadian credit card, and including the typical credit card foreign exchange fee.

Sites
All the more reason I choose other airlines over Air Canada or West Jet for comparable prices for international flights. Their monopoly and excessive prices in Canada is outrageous.
