WestJet has dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Vancouver to Kona, Hawaii down to just $296 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
Kailua-Kona is on 'The Big Island', the one with the National Volcanoes Park.
Availability for travel
April/May 2016 with WestJet.
There are also flights in May/June for $10 more, using United.
How to find and book this deal
1. Go to FlightNetwork
2. Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Kona-Kailua, Hawaii (KOA)
Use any of the following dates for the non-stop flights with WestJet:
Departure dates:
April 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20
Return dates:
April 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27
For the United flights, use these dates:
Departure dates:
May 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10
June 8, 11
Return dates:
May 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17

Yes, same issue. Leaving June 8 Return June 13 is $495+
Same thing. I only see $600 and up!
