NOTE: Priceline is also showing 'Express Deals' on some dates for $216 CAD roundtrip ($169 USD ) ...

These are basically mystery flights, where you don't really know what you're getting. Based on the clues they're giving (departure times), they *could* be non-stop flights, but they might not be either. Probably not worth the gamble for a $20 savings.

Is there any savings to fly to Phoenix from Bellingham ?

Generally speaking, I don't think it's worth the drive for that route.

The cheapest flights from BLI are *usually* around $275 CAD roundtrip. Every now and then Allegiant will drop a few dates down into the low $200s CAD roundtrip.

You also need to add about $95 CAD roundtrip for a checked bag with Allegiant vs $50 CAD roundtrip with WestJet or Air Canada, so effectively you need to add $45 CAD to the typical Allegiant roundtrip price, making a typical price more like $325 CAD.

By the time you do that, it's probably not worth the drive, most of the time, on most dates, considering that YVR to Phoenix is often available in the $350-$400 range these days.

Note that Allegiant actually flys into AZA airport (Phoenix-Mesa), not PHX.

Overall, I find the prices from BLI aren't all that attractive these days. Years back, the price differences were greater between BLI and YVR, and prices from YVR have become more competitive on the same non-stop destinations that are available from BLI. The U.S. dollar hasn't helped in recent years either (although it is getting better as of late!).

mentioned this before but all flights advertised in Canada have been tax included/final price for a long time, therefore stating $xxx including taxes is basically redundant verbiage .....
