Seattle to London, UK + stopover in Iceland - $589 roundtrip after tax

Just noticing that Iceland Air has flights up to about the end of March from Seattle to London, UK for $589 roundtrip after tax.

The cheapest from Vancouver to London are around $1050 at the same time, so it's about 45% cheaper. The other interesting thing is though, that on the way back, it involves a 26 hour layover in Reykjavík, Iceland.

That's pretty common with IcelandAir, you can often get yourself a free stopover in Reykjavík as all their flights route through there.

So if you have the desire to check out two countries in one go, it could be worth a look. Here's March 20 to 29 on Orbitz.com for example:
