This is 39% below the typical best prices between Vancouver and Bali.
The flight on the way there is as fast as you can get to Bali from Vancouver, with an ideal 2 hour layover in China.
The flight home has a 7 hour layover in China, but still just 1 stop.

September, October, and November 2016
September is an ideal month to visit Bali. October is still pretty decent, as it starts to transition over to the wet season. November generally marks the return of the wet season.

Google Flights: Vancouver to Bali, Indonesia
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and try other dates.
Look for date combinations that are $702.
Dates in early September are also available. Try choosing Sep 5, 6, or 7 as your departure date.
2. Go to FlightNetwork
3. Search for a flight from Vancouver (YVR) to Denpasar / Bali, Indonesia (DPS)
Use the dates you found with your Google Flights search.
