China Eastern has dropped the price of a couple of their flights from Vancouver to Manila, Philippines down to between $435 and $471 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop each way in Shanghai, China (8 hour layover on the way there, 5 hours on the way back).
